CONSTRUCTION

Conductor - Manufactured using 99.97% pure electrolytic grade bright annealed bare copper, ensuring minimum energy losses – greater saving of electrical energy. Conductor, Class 5 as per IS 8130 /BS 6360, made of multiple strands of finely drawn copper wires offering greater flexibility, making routing of wires easy.

Insulation - Insulated with specially formulated FR, FRLS PVC compound giving extra protection against electric shocks, short circuits. This special compound also has high Insulation Resistance & Di-electric Strength with better electrical properties.

FR-LSH - Wires made of special insulation material with higher oxygen and temperature index and lower smoke density rating & acid gas generation. Insulation retards flame propagation & generates lesser smoke under fire condition.

INDUSTRIAL FR & FRLS WIRES - BARE COPPER CONDUCOR, FR/FRLS PVC INSULATED 1100 V GRADE

Also available in ZHFR Insulations

ZHFR - Wires made from insulation compound free from halogen, which prevents emission of corrosive gases under conditions of fire. These wires are recommended where there is large congregation of people, viz. hotels, theatres, multiplexes, shopping malls, metro railways, hospitals, schools, commercial complexes and high-rise residential buildings.
